Integrate. Embody. Heal.
Integration is the process of weaving together our emotions, experiences, sensations, and identities into a whole and connected sense of self.
75-minute sessions will blend elements of relational therapy, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), dynamic movement, sound healing, and ceremony to support connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
How Sessions Take Shape
Therapeutic Offerings
-
Sessions take place at Shuniya Yoga Collective in a private room that offers a quiet, contained space for our work together. In-person sessions support co-regulation and can offer a felt sense of safety and connection.
-
In-person sessions are preferred, as the shared physical space can support aspects of somatic and relational work that may be experienced differently in a virtual setting.
If telehealth is the only viable option, we will discuss its fit together during the consultation call, including potential benefits and limitations for your specific needs and goals.
Meet Ansley.
My name is Ansley Huffman (she/her). I am a psychotherapist, yogi, and curious creature. My soul is nourished by art, nature, and connection to others.
I am here to nurture and share healing practices that have deeply shaped my own life.
My work is rooted in presence, nervous system awareness, and relational connection - supporting a return to the body’s inherent wisdom. I believe healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about gently returning to the parts of ourselves that have longed to be seen, felt, and integrated.

Who This Space Is ForThis space is for queer and trans bodies, questioning bodies, fat bodies, bodies of color, immigrant bodies, chronically ill bodies, disabled bodies, neurodivergent bodies, sensitive bodies, and anxious bodies - bodies learning to reconnect with themselves after experiences of trauma, harm, shame, grief, or disconnection.
It is for bodies that have been silenced, politicized, exhausted, masked, and shaped by survival stories.
It is for bodies longing for rest, learning softness, reclaiming themselves, becoming, and seeking home within themselves.
